You Say ‘Macro’, I say ‘Micro’… Our Place in The World of Williamsburg

Posted: September 12, 2018 by Russell Clark

A MACRO view shows Promenade@5 tucked in next to the Williamsburg Crossing Shopping Center with a wealth of restaurant options just a short walk from your front door. These restaurants include: Tops China, Papa John’s Pizza, Victoria’s, Zaxby’s, Chopsticks Pho, Subway, Taco Bell, Domino’s, and Bruster’s Real Ice Cream. The Coffeehouse is a favorite local place to meet friends and discuss the day’s events. Food Lion, Anytime Fitness, a school and a church are also here.

Hop on your bike or jump in your car – from the intersection of Route 5/John Tyler Highway and Route 199 it is mere minutes to New Town, Monticello Marketplace, and Settlers Market shopping areas. All major restaurants and retailers are represented along with local boutiques and business services.

Equally as close via Jamestown Road is the College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. Travel a few more minutes and you are in the center of all things outlet. Everything you need is a few minutes from Promenade@5.

A MICRO view highlights the neighborhood amenities and thoughtful planning by Franciscus Homes to maximize livability. The beautiful entry promenade of Queens Path with its landscaped median and our Welcome Park create a lovely sense of arrival. The Duet homes include alleys and rear-load garages for more attractive streetscapes free of an abundance of parked cars.

The Clubhouse, Pool and Bark Park are situated for quiet enjoyment. Additional Parks, green spaces and a network of trails and paths make strolling and neighborly chats a regular occurrence.

The Promenade@5 Green Grid is a communal garden park where you can create and tend a vegetable or flower garden of your own.

The site plans provided with this article are current as of March 1, 2017. For more information regarding updated amenities at Promenade@5, we invite you to sign up for our Updates@5 program on this website.
