Welcome to Promenade@5, one of Williamsburg's newest condominium communities.  We are conveniently located near the intersection of 199, Humelsine Parkway, and Route 5, John Tyler Highway.  With easy access to shopping, entertainment, and health services.  Promenade@5 is less than 5 minutes from the campus of William & Mary, historic Colonial Williamsburg, and the colonial settlement of Jamestowne. Promenade@5 offers an upscale life style comprising 200 units in two types of construction.  There are 12 buildings, called 10-plexes, which have 10 individual units in each building, and 40, two story, duplex units, called Duets.  The Duets are individual units one on top of the other, and each unit has an attached single car garage.
