Built by Franciscus Homes from 2017-2021, the Promenade at John Tyler Condo Community offers 12 Ten Plex (10 condos) buildings and 40 Duet (two condos with a 1 car garage) buildings for a total of 200 homes located in James City County, with a Williamsburg mailing address. There are nine models/floor plans available including ground floor models, second floor models (with 1 or 2 stories) and two story models. Square footages range from a little over 1000 sq ft to over 2300 square feet of living area. There are one, two, three and four bedroom models. (Allegro, Cadenza, Archway, Elder, Belair, Dearborn, Columbus, Farringdon)

 

Promenad@5 is unique compared to other Condo Communities in that it offers its residents a beautiful Clubhouse with a demonstration kitchen with seating areas, internet access, smart TVs, a conference/meeting room, a large gym and separate bike exercise room, along with an outdoor pool, grilling area, bark park, raised garden plots and gazebo with greenspace.  The Clubhouse & Meeting/Conference Room are available to rent for private functions.  The monthly condo/homeowner fee is $205. It covers all common and some limited common area maintenance (including sidewalks, driveways, amenities, most exterior home maintenance, landscaping maintenance, master insurance policy, professional management and other expenses). The Community sits adjacent to the Williamsburg Crossing Shopping Center and offers convenient access to a supermarket, eateries and other assorted shops, as well as the proximity to Historic Colonial Williamsburg, The College of William & Mary, Busch Gardens, other areas and access to Interstate 64.
